The sounds of laughter and lively conversations filled the store as women sip on bubbly and enjoy moist cupcakes! You may not imagine that these women have come together to support a mental health campaign, BUT they have! 

Women from all walks of life coming together in a sisterhood of support. It was a beautiful evening. The ladies were able to mingle and shop knowing that a portion of all proceeds would go to support the Be Brave campaign. 

While there I got a chance to announce a new program we are launching in the fall. This program will help subsidize mental health care cost for women in need. With mental health budgets recently being cut in our state this program is on time! Simply titles BRAVE  women will be able to apply for funds to pay for counseling and psychiatric services. 

We had wonderful sponsors involved in this event. Charming Charlie (of Course,) Love Alive Church, Red Stick Moms Blog, Mimosa Handcrafted, Salon Eden, Baton Rouge Moms, Design Baton Rouge, and Rachel Washington Enterprises all helped make this event a huge success! 

The next Brave Chat will be September 2nd at Painting with a Twist on Jefferson, and our next benefit will be at Kendra Scott Perkins Rowe on October 5th at 6pm.  We would love to see you there!
